Project Ratan is a career-building initiative by our NGO that focuses on upskilling unemployed and unskilled youth, particularly graduates, by offering free training in high-end IT skills, software development, and industry-relevant job-oriented courses.

The project aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by preparing youth for real-world job markets and ensuring they are equipped with the technical expertise demanded by today’s industries. Our expert trainers provide hands-on learning, mentorship, and career guidance to help candidates gain confidence and competence.

So far, over 500 students have been successfully placed in reputed MNCs and industry-specific roles, thanks to the personalized support and placement assistance provided under the project.
